NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated March 22, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2010-CA-000938, DIVISION: 008, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A. is Plaintiff, and ANTHONY VARADI A/K/A ANTHONY VARDI; ET AL are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 03rd day of October, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 1, JUNGLE TERRACE SECTION A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 8044 22nd Avenue North, Saint Petersburg, FL 33710.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of records as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
