NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 2nd day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-21163, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HARBORVIEW 2006-12 TRUST FUND is the Plaintiff and PETER G. LARKIN, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NA F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK FA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 12th day of October, 2011, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 74 OF REVISED MAP OF FOREST HEIGHTS ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 1 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
