Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 20, 2011, and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 13, 2011, entered in Case No. 2010-017249-CI-07 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which TD BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and SHEFMAN INVESTMENTS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, PAULINE K. SHEFMAN and DAVID B. SHEFMAN, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the 1st day of November, 2011, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

The property is located in PINELLAS County at 786 SAN CHRISTOPHER DRIVE, DUNEDIN, Florida 34698.
Together with all rights, easements, appurtenances, royalties, mineral rights, oil and gas rights, crops, timber, all diversion payments or third party payments made to crop producers and all existing and future improvements, structures, fixtures, and replacements that may now, or at any time in the future, be part of the real estate described (all referred to as Property). This Security instrument will remain in effect until the Secured Debts and all underlying agreements have been terminated in writing by Lender.
