NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated September 15, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2006-CA-007765 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein EverHome Mortgage Company, Plaintiff and Joan Miller a/k/a Joann Miller a/k/a Joan Bradley are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on November 1, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK B, ALLEN-GAY SUBN., ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 35 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
