NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 14, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-009840 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ameriquest Mortgage Securities, Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-R1, Plaintiff and Idelle L. Bailey are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 1, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 101, BUILDING A OF LAKE HEATHER HEIGHTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5988, PAGE 1085, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
