Hicks and Lorna L. Hicks, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 1, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 56, RIDGE PARK ESTATES, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE 80, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
