NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated September 15, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-018079-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. as Trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-3 Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-3, Plaintiff and Kenneth Hough are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on November 15, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 605, WILLOW GREENS PHASE IIA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 115, PAGE 5 AND 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
