NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Plaintiff, OLD HARBOR BANK, and determination of reasonable attorney's fees entered in the above-styled case number 11-00958CI-20 in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, that I, Ken Burke, Pinellas Clerk of the Court, will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:

Legal Description: Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, and 23, Block 17, YOUNG'S SUBDIVISION DELUXE, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 75, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, LESS AND EXCEPT road right of way for U. S. Highway 19 North, being more particularly described as follows:
A strip of land across the West side of Lots 2 and 23 of said Block 17, said strip being 28.03 feet wide at the South end of said Lot 23 and 23.5 feet wide at the North end of said Lot 2, per Deed Book 1135, Page 247;
AND
That part of Lot 23 of said Block 17, being described as follows: Commence at the Easterly extension of the Northerly line of Lot 10 of Rivo Alto in Section 7, Township 27 South, Range 16 East, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 2 and 3, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, at a point 603.93 feet South 89° 52' 45” East of the Northwest corner of said Lot 10; run thence S. 0° 11' 00” East 3312.49 feet; thence South 0° 13' 44” East 1063.92 feet; thence South 89° 59' 44” East 100.00 feet for a point of beginning; continue thence South 89° 59' 44” East 10.00 feet; thence North 45° 06' 44” West 14.17 feet; thence South 0° 13' 44” East 10.00 feet to the point of beginning. Per Order of Taking recorded in Official Records Book 6245, Page 2079.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on November 15, 2011 at 10:00 a.m.
