NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure” (the Judgment”), entered in the above-styled action in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Pinellas County will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, as described below, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on October 19, 2011, starting at 10:00 a.m.
Lot #15 of INDIAN ROCKS MOBILE HOME PARK COOPERATIVE, according to Exhibit “C-2” of the Declaration of Cooperative Establishing Indian Rocks Mobile Home Cooperative and Master Leasehold Occupancy Agreement (“Proprietary Lease”), as recorded in Official Records Book 15440 at Page 1904 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, commonly known as INDIAN ROCKS MOBILE HOME PARK COOPERATIVE, for a term of years from the 13th day of November 2006, until the 13th day of November, 2105, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in that certain Declaration of Cooperative Establishing Indian Rocks Mobile Home Cooperative and Master Leasehold Occupancy Agreement, which form of Agreement and all amendments thereto are incorporated herein by reference, the original of which is maintained in the office of the Association at 12701 126th Avenue N., Lot #241, Largo, Florida 33774. Resident(s) is/are the owner(s) of Certificate #19 of INDIAN ROCKS MOBILE HOME COOPERATIVE, INC., a Florida corporation, which share is appurtenant hereto.
