NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE
NOTICE is hereby given that on October 11, 2011at 9:00 a.m. at J&J Cranes, Inc., 4501 Ulmerton Road, Clearwater, Florida 33762 the following vehicle and crane will be sold for $6,667.94 to satisfy labor services, repairs and storage charges on:

1989 Ford F900, VIN No: 1FDYL90A8LVA15128; and
J.L.G. Crane, Model 1400BT, Serial No: 0400002339.

Pursuant to F.S. §713.585, the cash amount of $6,667.94 would be sufficient to redeem the vehicle from the lienor. Any interested party has a right to a hearing prior to the sale by filing a demand for the hearing with the Pinellas County Clerk of Circuit Court and mailing copies of the same to all owners and lienors. The owner has a right to recover possession of the vehicle by posting bond pursuant to F.S. §559.917 and if sold, any proceeds remaining from the sale will be deposited with the Clerk of Circuit Court for disposition.
