That certain Condominium Parcel described as Unit 200, 51 Island Way Condominium, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of 51 Island Way Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 4750, page 318, and amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof recorded, in Condominium Plat Book 30, page 38-54, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
More commonly known as 51 Island Way #200, Clearwater, FL 33767
This action has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, to it on Plaintiff's attorney, WELTMAN, WEINBERG & REIS CO., L.P.A., whose address if 500 West Cypress Creek Road, Suite 190, Fort Lauderdale, Fl 33309, on or before 30 days after date of first publication, which is October 24, 2011, and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
