I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pinellas County Courthouse, 545 1st Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL 33701, at 11:00 A.M. on the 28th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK “B”, FLORIDA RETIREMENT VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGES 45/ AND 46, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
