NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No 10-16723 CI 21 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REEF RESORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, etc., is the Plaintiff, and HAYDEN C STEPHENS, et al., are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on October 28, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

ALL of CORAL REEF BEACH RESORT CONDOMINIUM, and all appurtenances thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 5460 at Page 0671, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 66, Page 27, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and any amendment(s) thereto, if any (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
