NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Plaintiff's Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2011 of the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MARC A.B. SILVERMAN, Special Fiduciary of the Betty H. Bleckley Charitable Remainder Unitrust UTD 5/5/2005, is Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER C. SANDERS, ROBERT F. MATTHEWS, et al are Defendants, that the Pinellas County Clerk of Court shall sell at public sale in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on October 17, 2011 to the highest bidder for cash, the following property, as set forth in the final judgment, to wit:
Lot 242, Spring Hill Revised, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 57, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
