That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number P-16, and an undivided 1.30% interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, subject to easements and restrictions of record, and in accordance with and subject to, the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of St. Andrews Cove I Condominium, as recorded in O.R. Book 4493, at Pages 1882 through 1940, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 23, at pages 83 through 92, both of the Pinellas County, Florida.
