NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed August 8, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09003886CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, FSB is Plaintiff and FRANCIS J. BRUNNER; KELLY J. BRUNNER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SUNTRUST BANK; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 10th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 208, BLOCK G, RAVENWOOD MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGES 92 THROUGH 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
