NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed August 23, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09013673 CI 13, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-AR5, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR5 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and JIMMY CORREA; TAMARA CORREA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, F.S.B., AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 1, TOUSSIE TERRACE, FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
