NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed September 15, 2011, and entered in Case No. 522009CA014902XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND is Plaintiff and BACH T. LAM A/K/A THANH B. LAM; TAI V. LAM; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; CITY OF SAFETY HARBOR, FLORIDA; HARBOR GROVE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 1st day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, HARBOR GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 125, PAGE 69, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
