NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-005623ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and FERNANDO A. ALICEA A/K/A FERNANDO ANTONIO ALICEA; SEVEN OAKS PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FERNANDO A. ALICEA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WANDA M. QUINONES; WANDA QUINONES A/K/A WANDA M. QUINONES; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 11th day of October, 2011, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM PURSUANT TO JUDGMENT OR ORDER OF THE COURT AND CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES. in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
