NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-010755ES-J1, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006 FRE1 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and BRENDA L. BRAWN; RICHARD J. BRAWN; LAKE PADGETT ESTATES EAST PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 11th day of October, 2011, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM PURSUANT TO JUDGMENT OR ORDER OF THE COURT AND CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES. in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Lot 418 of the unrecorded plat of Lake Padgett Estates East being further described as follows: Begin 1115.97 feet South and 1255.0 feet (measured=1255.07 feet) East of the Southwest Corner of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 17, Township 26 South, Range 19 East, Pasco County, Florida, run South 80 Degrees 48.13” East, 18.0 feet; thence on an Arc to the left 75.37 feet, a chord distance of 74.78 feet. a chord bearing of North 86 Degrees 51'32” East, thence South 03 Degrees 42'27” East, 140.81 feet, thence North 78 Degrees 25'21” West, 103.93 feet; thence North 00 Degrees 17'43” East, (measured North 00 Degrees 07'43” East) 118.43 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
