NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed September 6th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-10951-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and JOEL D. DENOBLE A/K/A JOEL DENOBLE; CHRISTIANE A. DENOBLE A/K/A CHRISTIANE DENOBLE; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS;; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEM, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 12th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 11 OF MEADOW POINTE PARCEL 14, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 101-105, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
