Notice is hereby given that Paula S. Parcel C: The Northerly 85 feet of Lot 1, Block 10, Town of Hudson, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Pages 40 and 41, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

Together with a portion of closed Bay Street being more particularly described as follows: Bounded on the East by the East right-of-way line of Bay Street, bounded on the West by a line 15.00 feet West of and parallel with, as measured at right angles to the East right-of-way of said Bay Street; bounded on the North by the South right-of-way line of Port Hudson Boulevard (formerly known as Melon Street on the Plat); bounded on the South by the Westerly prolongation of the South line of Lot 6, Block 5, Town of Hudson, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Pages 40 and 41, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on September 12, 2011 in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is Premier American Bank, N.A. vs. Tribird Development Inc., et al, and the Case Number of which is 51-2011-CA-001752 WS.
