Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in PASCO County, Florida, on the 18th day of August, 2011, in the cause wherein GARNET REID, was plaintiff and TIMOTHY F. STEPHENSON and STEPHENSON AND ASSOCIATES, LLC., was defendant, being case number 51-2010-CA-001142-WS in said Court.
I, CHRIS NOCCO, as Sheriff of Pasco County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the defendant, TIMOTHY F. STEPHENSON and STEPHENSON AND ASSOCIATES, LLC., in and to the following described property, to wit:

I shall offer this property for sale “AS IS” on the 25th day of October, 2011, at PASCO SHERIFF WEST OPERATIONS 7432 LITTLE RD, in the City of NEW PORT RICHEY, County of Pasco, State of Florida, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said defendant's, TIMOTHY F. STEPHENSON and STEPHENSON AND ASSOCIATES, LLC., right, title and interest in aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above described execution.
