Battista and Debra Ann Battista a/k/a Debra A. Battista, His Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on October 11, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 1, SUNSET POINT SUBDIVISION; SAID LOT, BLOCK AND SUBDIVISION BEING NUMBERED AND DESIGNATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION AS THE SAME APPEARS OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
AND ALSO
LOTS 1A AND 1B, SUNSET POINT ADDITION NO. 3, CITY OF PORT RICHEY, FLORIDA; SAID LOTS AND SUBDIVISION BEING NUMBERED AND DESIGNATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION AS THE SAME APPEARS OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
