NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated September 15, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-008575-WS (J3) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Lauren Ann Timpanelli, Individually and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Margaret Timpanelli, Deceased are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on October 19, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 4, PRATHER SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 126, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
