NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated September 15, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-002120-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as trustee for the certificate holders cwabs, inc., asset-backed certificates, series 2007-2, Plaintiff and Frank E. Frazier and Mary C. Frazier are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on October 19, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 48, OF WINDSOR PLACE AT RIVER RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 110 THROUGH 117, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
