LOT 573, HOLIDAY GARDENS ESTATES, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 113 AND 114, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
