NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 6, 2010 and an Order Resetting Sale dated September 1, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-7463 WS/J2 UCN: 512009CA007463XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-J1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11 is Plaintiff and MICHAEL J. O'CONNOR; MARCIA O'CONNOR; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC. MIN NO. 100013802026449100; Unknown Tenant No. 1; Unknown Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, under or Against a Named Defendant to this Action, or Having or Claiming to Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at Pasco County, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on the 19 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 119, RIDGEWOOD, UNIT ONE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 89-91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
