Begin at a found iron pipe on the Northeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 27, Townhip 21 South, Range 25 East, in Lake County, Florida, for a Point of Beginning; from the Point of Beginning, run South 89º 07'10” West a distance of 384.85 feet; thence run South 00º37'41” East a distance of 1324.11 feet; thence run North 89º07'54” East a distance of 381.88 feet to a point South 00º37'41” East of the Point of Beginning; thence run North 00º37'41” West a distance of 1324.20 feet to the Point of Beginning.
LESS the East 189.94 feet of the South 696.06 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 lying North of Libby Road No. 3.
AND LESS that part thereof conveyed to Lake County by deed recorded in O.R. Book 1264, Page 275, Public Records of Lake County, Florida.
Parcel 2:
Lot 10, Block 4, BRIDGEWATER, PHASE 1 and 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 48, page 100, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on leah h. mayersohn, mayersohn law group, p.a., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 101 NE 3rd Ave., Suite 1250, Ft. This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Daily Commercial in Lake County, Florida and The Gulf Coast Business Review in Pasco County, Florida.
