NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting of Foreclosure dated September 1, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-019197, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash live on the 2nd floor of the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa FL 33602, at 10:00 A.M. on the 6th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 7, SUMMER GATE TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104, PAGES 150 THROUGH 155 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
