Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 8, 2011 of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which IBERIABANK, substituted as Plaintiff in place of Century Bank, FSB and Frank Vandeboe, Jr. and Tabetha A. Vandeboe are Defendants, I, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell at public sale the following described real property:
Lot 16, and the East 1/2 of closed alley abutting thereof, Block 29, Beach Park Unit No. 3, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 59, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

The sale will be held on October 12, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, at 2nd FLOOR OF THE George E. Edgecomb BUILDING, Room 201/202, located at 800 EAST Twiggs Street, in Tampa, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes.
