NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 8, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-005664, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-1, is Plaintiff and GLADYS GILER; CARROLLWOOD MEADOWS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 2:00 p.m., on the 12 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, LESS THE WEST 109.60 FEET AND LOT 29, BLOCK B, CARROLLWOOD MEADOWS UNIT II SECTION “B” AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
