NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated September 12, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-018811, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff, and CARLOS ZUNIGA, and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARLOS ZUNIGA; JOHN DOE and MARY DOE, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10 am, on October 20, 2011, located on 800 E. Twiggs, St., Tampa, FL 33602, Rm. 202, in HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, on the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, BLOCK 96, TOWN N COUNTRY PARK UNIT 56, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT ACCORDING, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, AT PAGE 10 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 8331 DRYCREEK DRIVE, TAMPA, FL 33615
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitiled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
