NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 30, 2010 and Order Resetting Sale dated September 13, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-31121 DIV I UCN: 292009CA031121XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-5 is Plaintiff and TROY AARON MILLARD; ISLAND CLUB AT ROCKY POINT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; Unknown Tenant No. 1; UNKNOWN Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under Or Against A Named Defendant To This Action, Or Having Or Claiming To Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 2:00 p.m. on the 20 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1314, BUILDING 1, ISLAND CLUB AT ROCKY POINT, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 16071, PAGE 1510,AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
