ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6 is Plaintiff and BRATISLAVA FRIAS; RUBEN FRIAS; WHISPERING OAKS OF TAMPA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; Unknown Tenant No. 1; Unknown Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, under or Against a Named Defendant to this Action, or Having or Claiming to Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for at cash 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 in Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 29 day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT J IN BUILDING NO. 54 IN WHISPERING OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED ON JANUARY 31, 2006, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 18843 AT PAGE 0100 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
