Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 14, 2011 and entered in Case No.: 10-CA-22916-C in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein FIRST SOUTHERN BANK is the Plaintiff, JULIO ALICEA, is the Defendant. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at George E. Edgecomb Building, 2nd Floor, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida at public sale to be held at 10 o'clock a.m. on October 18, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 16, Block 10, of SULPHUR SPRINGS ADDITION TO TAMPA, FLORIDA, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 5, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Property address: 8500 N. 11 Street, Tampa, FL 33604.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
