together with all improvements erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances and fixtures thereon, including replacements and additions made a part of the property
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the 2nd Floor at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, at 10:00 AM, on October 11, 2011.
