NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 14, 2011, and entered in Case No. 292008CA015610D001TA of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF LXS 2006-18N is Plaintiff and JAVIER ROMAGUERA; ROMAGUERA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAVIER ROMAGUERA, IF MARRIED; GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; Unknown Tenant No. 1; Unknown Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, under or Against a Named Defendant to this Action, or Having or Claiming to Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 18 of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2817 IN BUILDING 2800 OF GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED FEBRUARY 9, 2006 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16097, AT PAGE 420, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCE THERETO, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS AMENDED.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
