NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 14, 2011 and entered in 11-2101 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, is the Plaintiff and ALAN JUSTIN FEIVELSON A/K/A ALAN J. FEIVELSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALAN JUSTIN FEIVELSON A/K/A ALAN J. FEIVELSON; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa at 10AM on October 18, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 61, PALMA CEIA PARK, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 58 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
