NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 12 day of September, 2011, in Civil Action No. 11-00331-CC, of the Count Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which BRENDA C. GUILD, UNKNOWN TENANTS n/k/a WESLEY ECKERT, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., and BERKSHIRE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, and NEWCASTLE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 12 day of October, 2011, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
Unit B7-104, Newcastle, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, or record in Official Records Book 1489, Page 528 through 596, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
