Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 7, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 11-1067-CA of the County Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 12 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Unit No. 7541 of CAMELOT AT KINGS LAKE CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 950, Page 466, and all exhibits and amended thereof, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida a/k/a 3126 Kings Lake Blvd, Unit 7541, Naples, Florida 34112
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
