Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 11, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 09-88-CC of the County Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 12 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 1, Wellington at Lone Oak Unit One, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 50 et seq. of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
