NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 12 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-09745, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and DONALD C. REESE, COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB, QUARTZ AT SAPPHIRE LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., SAPPHIRE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONALD C. REESE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 AM on the 12 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 8104, QUARTZ AT APPHIRE LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2779, PAGE 2600, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS AND ATTACHMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
