NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 12 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-05200, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and IAN Y. WAIGHT, COUNTRY CLUB MANOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF NAPLES, INC., FIFTH THIRD BANK and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF IAN Y. WAIGHT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 AM on the 12 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 203A, COUNTRY CLUB MANOR, UNIT A, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 785, PAGE 1057 THROUGH 1091, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
