NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 12 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-001402, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and NANCY E. HANKS A/K/A NANCY STORTER HANKS A/K/A NANCY S. HANKS; CHASE BANK USA, N.A.; NANCY STORTER HANKS, AS TRUSTEE OF THE VERNON D. HANKS TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 5, 2007; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A ANN CHAMBERLIN; JESSICA L. THOMAS; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE VERNON D. HANKS TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 5, 2007; IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 12th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK D, GULF ACRES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AN SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 111, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
