NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 12th day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-05040, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-AR2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and ALEKSANDER KONOWALCZYK, IBIS CLUB AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE, JANINA KONOWALCZYK and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 AM on the 12th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 813, BLDG. 8, IBIS CLUB AT NAPLES CONDOMINIU, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4112, PAGE 3199, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
