NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11 2007 CA 003387, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MELISSA R. MEYER A/K/A MELISSA RHEA MEYER, DECEASED, SAN MARCO VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., JANE DOE, JOHN DOE, MELISSA R. MEYER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELISSA R. MEYER, JAMES JOHN MEYER A/K/A JIMMY JOHN MEYER and GEORGIA R. SCHERER IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 11th day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND SITUATE IN COLLIER COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, VIZ: CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. N-3 OF SAN MARCO VILLAS II, A CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1137, PAGES 1032 THRU 1171, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
