NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 12 day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-05953, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and LINDA A. DEJESUS; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATES OF CLEVELAND; TUSCANY COVE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. C/O RANDR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT; BRANDON N. DEJESUS A/K/A BRANDON NINO DEJESUS; BRETTE N. DEJESUS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA A. DEJESUS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRANDON N. DEJESUS A/K/A BRANDON NINO DEJESUS N/K/A BRANDON NINO DEJESUS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRETTE N. DEJESUS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A LUCA FIGUEROA; IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 AM on the 12 day of October, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
BLOCK B, LOT 263, TUSCANY COVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 14, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
