Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on the 13 day of October, 2011, at 11:00 AM At Collier County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st Floor, Hugh Hayes Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Collier County, Florida:
Lot 14, Block B of BRIARWOOD, UNIT TEN, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 36, Pages 39-40, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida. Excepting there from:
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 14, Block B, thence South 89Ëš39'50” West along the Northerly Right-of-Way of Trivoli Drive, as shown on said Plat a distance of 4.67 feet; thence N 00Ëš20'55” W a distance of 119.94 feet, to the Northerly boundary of Briarwood Unit Ten; thence N 89Ëš39'05” E along said Northerly boundary, a distance of 4.67 feet; thence S 00Ëš20'55” E along the common line of Lots 14 and 15, a distance of 119.94 feet to the Point of Beginning.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
