notice is hereby given that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 2, 2009 in Civil Case No.:11-2009-CA-000010, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR DEUTSCHE ALT-A SECURITIES MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-AR3 is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA A MOORE A/K/A PATRICIA MOORE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC; JOHN DOE N/K/A DENNIS PARSONS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA MOORE; JANE DOE ; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse ANNEX, First Floor Atrium, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM at on 13 day of October, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
Lot 23, Block B and the South 10 feet of Lot 22, Block B, Eastgate, According to the Plat Thereof as Recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 56, Public Records of Collier County, Florida
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
